IntraHub is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we handle your files, and your rights regarding your information.

2. Files You Upload

Files uploaded for conversion are processed on isolated, encrypted servers. We never read, analyze, or retain the content of your files. All uploaded and converted files are permanently deleted from our servers immediately after the conversion process completes.

3. Data We Collect

We may collect the following non-personal data:

• Anonymous usage statistics (conversion type, file size, processing time)
• IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention only)
• Browser type and device information (via standard HTTP headers)

We do not use cookies for tracking. No personal data is required to use the Service.

4. Security Measures

All file transfers use AES-256 encryption. Files are processed in isolated Kubernetes containers with no outbound internet access. Every upload is scanned with ClamAV antivirus before processing. Our infrastructure includes network policies that prevent data exfiltration.

5. Third Parties

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties. File processing occurs entirely on our own infrastructure.

6. Your Rights

Since we do not store personal data or files beyond the conversion process, there is no personal data to request deletion of. If you have concerns about your privacy, contact us at privacy@intrahub.site.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
