2. Description of Service

IntraHub is a free online file conversion platform. We provide tools to convert files between various formats including PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images, and more. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. File Handling

Files uploaded to IntraHub are processed exclusively for conversion purposes. All files are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after conversion is complete. We do not read, analyze, store, or share your files for any purpose other than the requested conversion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files, viruses, or malware
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or rate limits
• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Upload files that violate intellectual property rights
• Abuse the Service through automated bulk requests without authorization

5. File Size Limits

The free tier supports files up to 10MB per conversion. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

IntraHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, file corruption, or conversion errors. Always keep a backup of your original files.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
